I am happy to recommend The Garden Academy to any parent seeking daycare. My son Started attending when he was 10 months old. As a first time mom, I was nervous about sending him to full-time care, but I had a good feeling about GA from the start. After more than a year, I can say that feeling was right.
I appreciate the care they take with the meals. They provide balanced nutritious food and fresh fruits and veggies from their own garden. The teachers also work closely with me on my son's development. We talk about new milestones we are working on for both home and daycare, like helping him learn to put his shoes on and practice sign language.
I also really value the photos and updates. It is a highlight of my day to see the fn activities my son gets to do like arts and crafts and daily outdoor playtime. It gives me comfort knowing he is happy and engaged. I trust the teachers to communicate with me about and care for my son and they do not let me down. They truly care about the children and create a fun supportive environment. I am very grateful to Teacher Ali, Teacher Angela and Teacher Precious for being such an important part of our village.

Our older daughter has been attending GA for about 14 months, and our younger daughter has been there for about 1 month. From the very beginning we have felt incredibly comfortable with the staff. Each teacher and caregiver we have interacted with has been warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, and that trust has made all the difference for our family.
Our older daughter, now 2.5 yrs old, has learned so much during her time at Garden Academy. We honestly feel she is advanced for her age, and we credit a lot of that growth to the engaging, thoughtful environment the teachers create each day. She comes home and tells us all about her day, eager to share what she learned, wh she played with and what made her laugh. It's clear she feels happy and secure there. The staff have also been an incredible support in strengthening her potty training, offering consistency and encouragement that made a real difference.
We recommend Garden Academy so highly that when it was time to enroll our younger daughter, now 4 months, we had zero reservations about sending her there as well. Knowing both our girls are in such caring, capable hands gives us tremendous peace of mind.
If you are considering daycare for your child, we cannot recommend Garden Academy enough.

My daughter attended preschool at Angela’s previous Learning Center from 2008-2011. My daughter was always super engaged and happy at each drop off and pick up, she was thrilled to be there, which says a lot in itself. Angela taught from a preschool curriculum, had lots of structure and consistency and even put on the cutest little programs during the holidays. Angela always had the kids doing projects and playing outside, always engaged and doing things to improve their imagination, socialization, creativity, motor skills, etc. She did a great job at preparing the kids for what was coming next.
Angela also had very good communication with all of us parents regarding the activities going on at school and interactions or incidents that would occur between the children.
Being a single mother who worked 2-3 jobs at a time, I always felt safe, comfortable and confident that my child was in good hands while she was in Angela’s care.
I would highly recommend sending your child to the Garden Academy, I am actually very bummed that I don’t have a child of the appropriate age to send there now. Angela has been really delving into the art of gardening and self sufficiency and I know, along with teaching school curriculum, she will also teach the kids so many very important life skills that most kids and even adults are lacking these days. I only have good things to say about Angela as a preschool/daycare provider and a person.

I can not say enough positive things about Angela's Daycare. My son was in her care for two years. In addition to maintaining a transparent relationship with me, she provided the children with structure, routine, healthy meals, rest, and the foundation of education. Angela is kind and loving, and as a parent herself, is competent in all areas of childcare. My son made many friends and enjoyed various types of play throughout the day. I was very fortunate to find a safe, protective environment for my son when I was at work.
